- We ask for respectful and considerate behaviour in the spa and sauna area (distance, communication, hygiene).
- Bringing your own drinks and food is not permitted in the spa area.
- We kindly ask you not to reserve sunbeds with towels or similar.
- Smoking is not permitted in the entire area of the spa pavilion or at the pool, in the garden or on the terraces.
- In order to ensure a relaxing stay for all guests, we ask for your understanding that the bathing area is only open to children under 16 years of age from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and also only in the company of an adult.
- We kindly ask you to turn down devices such as smartphones and tablets.
- Access to the relaxation and sauna area on the upper floor is permitted for persons aged 16 and over.

- If you have booked a treatment, we ask you to arrive in the relevant area at least 5 minutes before the treatment starts. If you arrive late, your treatment will be shortened by this time.
- Please understand that we charge 100% for treatments if you do not cancel 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.

The wellness area is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00. Here you will find an indoor pool with whirlpool, an outdoor pool and a sauna area.
In order to ensure a relaxing stay for all guests, we ask for your understanding that the bathing area is only open to children under the age of 16 until 16:00 and only when accompanied by an adult.
Persons aged 16 and over are permitted access to the relaxation and sauna area on the upper floor. Appointments for massage or beauty treatments can be made at the Welleness reception, online or by telephone.

We ask you to wear swimwear and slippers in the pool area. For reasons of hygiene, we expect all visitors to shower before using our swimming pool, saunas and treatments.
