Of course, we miss working with our guests very much. Every smile, every nice gesture. Every exchange, no matter how small, is what our heart beats for. It is the togetherness that is what it is all about. At eye level and with a certain relaxation. Because we don't set the pace of our house. The pace is set by our guests, who enjoy their time out to the beat of the waves. Somehow, time seems to pass more slowly here so often. And that is exactly our task. And our passion: to identify with what the Strandhotel Zingst is. A place to take a deep breath. A place where we, as employees, embody the serenity and relaxation of our surroundings, even when we have a heavy workload. Not because we have to, but because exactly this serenity suits us. Because this is exactly the path we are taking together as a crew at Strandhotel Zingst.
And so WE use the time, now that we leave the stage to the construction workers, to take a deep breath. To feel as a team in us what we are doing well and what we can improve. We are very much looking forward to working on us with coach and trainer Rainer Lagemann. And even more so to start the 2024 season with a breath of fresh air in May.
