Störtebeker beer sommelier presents more than 15 types of beer to accompany the coastal barbecue at the Strandhotel Zingst
Whether Eisbock, non-alcoholic or Nordisch-Hell: on 13 August 2022 from 6 pm, beer sommelier Rochus Amerongen from Störtebeker Braumanufaktur will accompany the weekly coastal barbecue at Restaurant Nautica in Strandhotel Zingst. On this evening, guests are offered the right flavour of beer to go with freshly carved organic entrecote from the smoker or salmon fillet "cooked backwards" under a coastal crust. There are more than 15 varieties to choose from. The regional coastal barbecue takes place every week until October 2022 at Strandhotel Zingst in the hotel garden. In bad weather, guests will find plenty of seating in the indoor area of the Restaurant Nautica. Please book in advance.
