Restaurant Nautica at Strandhotel Zingst invites you to a regional coastal barbecue in the hotel garden every Saturday from 6 pm.

Whether Pomeranian prime beef brisket or fresh fish caught by the last active fishermen in the Fischland-Darß-Zingst region: at the weekly coastal barbecue, all kinds of regional ingredients are put on the grill depending on daily availability. Head chef Maik Gültzow and his team offer their guests freshly carved organic entrecote from the smoker, whole organic roast beef, pulled beef, US beef ribs, prime marbled tomahawk steak and salmon fillet "cooked backwards" under the coastal crust.

Side dishes such as homemade special prime BBQ sauce, fresh garlic bread, potatoes and sweet potatoes from the roasting trolley, herb side dishes and sour cream round off the offer. The offer varies from week to week.

The barbecue takes place in the hotel's own green park with a view of the outdoor pool. In case of rain, guests can sit in the Nautica restaurant.
